TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1.1 These promotional Terms and Conditions are supplementary to our standard Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and General Park Regulations which remain valid. For full details, please visit https://www.greenacresgroup.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/
1.2 From time to time, the GreenAcres Group runs promotions offering special prices on specific goods and services for a limited period. These promotions may vary by location and apply to individual GreenAcres Living Memorial Park.
1.3 Only one promotion can be applied per purchase. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or used for goods or services already purchased from GreenAcres Group.
1.4 The pre-planning special offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be added retrospectively. The offer is limited to one purchase per person, available exclusively through the 10-month interest-free instalment plan.
1.5 The Summer 2025 promotion applies only to pre-plan plot purchases made using the interest-free instalment plan. Under this promotion: - The buyer (the consumer) pays nine out of the ten instalments
- GreenAcres covers the final month
- The first payment is 20% of the total price
- Burial rights will only commence once full payment has been received
1.6 The Summer 2025 discount offer runs from 1 May 2025 to 30 June 2025. To qualify, all instalment plans must be fully set up with direct debit in place by 17.00 on 30 June 2025. GreenAcres reserves the right to end this offer at any time.
1.7 GreenAcres shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of a promotion, or if a customer is unable to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
1.8 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be processed based on the promotional price and in accordance with GreenAcres’ standard refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
